These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jcbet platform and all associated services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jcbet login credentials. jcbet will never ask for your password. You must notify support immediately upon discovering unauthorised account access.
Collusion, use of automated betting systems, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. jcbet reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

By accessing the jcbet website, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the jcbet Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules published on the Platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and jcbet. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement (see Section 14) constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Wallet balance in accordance with applicable fraud and integrity policies.
You may maintain only one Account on the jcbet platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jcbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or unsettled bets.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jcbet Account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your Account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.
jcbet will never contact you to request your Account password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from jcbet requesting your password, you should treat such communication as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.
You must notify jcbet promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. jcbet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
Account verification (KYC) is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at jcbet's discretion.
All transactions on the jcbet platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jcbet does not apply currency conversion fees; however, you should be aware that your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges, for which jcbet accepts no responsibility.
Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, debit card, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit is RM 20. Deposits are generally credited to your jcbet Wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by method and are displayed in the jcbet cashier at the time of request. jcbet reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Funds deposited into your jcbet Wallet for the purpose of wagering may not earn interest. Wallet balances do not represent any form of investment, loan, or deposit with jcbet in a financial institution sense.
jcbet may offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to separate promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms. jcbet reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Attempts to exploit bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic abuse will result in forfeiture and account action under Section 8.
All games available on the jcbet platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall govern in respect of that game's mechanics and payouts.
jcbet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
jcbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that resulted from a software malfunction, or that exploited an incorrectly displayed odd or payout rate. In such circumstances, jcbet will communicate the outcome to the affected player and, where applicable, refund the original stake to the player's Wallet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jcbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the jcbet platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game assets — is the property of jcbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without jcbet's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jcbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement or your use of the jcbet Services shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jcbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if jcbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jcbet does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. jcbet will use reasonable endeavours to restore Services following any outage but accepts no liability for gambling losses attributable to Platform downtime.
jcbet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform includes tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your jcbet Account dashboard at all times.
Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon submission. During any active self-exclusion period, jcbet will block access to your Account and will not send promotional communications. jcbet will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the chosen exclusion period.

Gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a financial strategy.
21+ jcbet strictly enforces age verification. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be closed and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment source after verification.
jcbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jcbet reserves the right to withhold Wallet balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, remaining verified balances will be returned to you via your original deposit method. Where fraudulent or criminal conduct is established, balances may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jcbet support. Closure requests are processed within 72 hours, subject to any outstanding verification or dispute resolution requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jcbet is licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by jcbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law and that accessing jcbet constitutes an independent decision made at their own risk and legal responsibility.
jcbet reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Agreement will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the jcbet platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
